The flat is in a Grade II listed building in the bustling neighbourhood of Hoxton, with easy access to all major transport links (Overground 10 mins away, Old Street tube 8 mins away, Liverpool Street 18 mins away, plus buses). Lots of great bars, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance, and close to all the other east London hits (Shoreditch, Haggerston, Dalston, Stoke Newington, De Beauvoir Town). We have a building group chat and the neighbours are friendly!

The flat itself is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom (1 ensuite, the other two are in the hallway) with two floors and separate living room and kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.

Bills are divided between everyone (water, Internet, council tax (Hackney), energy). All in, bills typically come to about £145 each.
