Hey Guys,

I am moving to the other room in the flat (I need bigger space because of the bike), so I am leaving my lovely room!

Official move out is 21st of AUGUST but it might be available EARLIER!

Looking for someone respectful and CLEAN, ideally someone who can hang with as well and not be like strangers to each other :)

It's £1050, bills included (based on fair use), but we never paid more than £10 per person a month (in winter).

ABOUT TENANTS:

I am 33 years old, from Slovakia, working as a personal trainer and finishing my master's dissertation. I love fitness, cycling, running, reading, going out with friends or just cooking and watching Netflix or reading at home.

I got two other lovely girls moving in this summer as well, so we are hoping to find a 3rd person (ideally a girl) to share the flat with us.

It is NOT a party flat but it would be nice to hang out with the others too :)

About the flat:
It is a 4-bedroom flat with a bathroom and separate toilet.
It has a lovely living room with a balcony and TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, two fridges and a freezer!

It's two minutes from the tube station (Stepney Green) , all the buses and the shops. Also, you are super close to the canal and Mile End Park, and you are walking distance to the city! The location is honestly great!
