I am looking for someone to take over my room, there is a double bed with a mattress that is only 2 months old bought brand new and drawers that were built at the same time.

Bills are £50 a month and the deposit is £700, rent is £600 a month. I would require the new tenant to buy the furniture off me which will be £400

The flat is located right on Broadway Market, which holds very popular street food market every week. Minutes away from London Fields Overground Station and a short bus journey away from Bethnal Green, the location is perfect for those who work as well as like to chill on weekends.

You will be living with 2 guys who are both very nice. One works for a music radio station and the other is a DJ.
