My flatmate and I are relocating due to work / moving in with partner, and are now looking for two people to take over our rooms from mid-July to mid-September.

🤎Rooms

Furnished double bedrooms. The first room is slightly larger than the second one. Great natural light. (Rubin who currently lives in the second room is quite minimal as you can see, but when he leaves, a bed frame and mattress will be there.)

🤎Flat

Huge living room with dining and lounge areas. Two WC- one larger with bathtub, one smaller with standing shower. A very well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave. You are welcome to share

🤎Location

- 5 min to Shoreditch High Street Overground
- 15 min to Liverpool Street Station
- 12 min to Old Street Station
- Many bus stops

Quiet spot in the center of Shoreditch. Nearest supermarkets are Tesco Express and a Sainsbury, also a range of other groceries shops. Walking distance to Brick lane, Spitalfields Markets, Columbia Flower Market… also a whole bunch of nice fitness and yoga studios which I do love.

🤎The flatmates

You will be living with Vito and Sophie who share the third room in this flat. Vito is Singaporean and on his way to become an Architect; Sophie is Vietnamese, she studied in Glasgow and moved to London. They are really nice, helpful mature people, and owns two cute cats (fully indoor and clean, never bite and stuff)

While we sometimes have friends over for dinner, it’s not a party house! Vito and Sophie would like someone who enjoy peaceful and respectful environment, like the flat currently is :)

Bills and tax are well under £100 especially in the summer (You can also opt out from Wi-Fi, making it £15 less, if your mobile data plan is enough)

This contract is til 17 Sept, so I am looking for someone who can cover my whole rest of the contract from around 18 July.
