Hi there,

I currently have a tenancy agreement to stay in a studio at Urbnest Tower Hill from 7 September 2024 to 31 August 2025. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to stay there next year and need to transfer my tenancy agreement.

I have currently paid a £480 deposit for it. If you are able to pay the deposit to me, I am happy to transfer my tenancy agreement to you. This will be subject to Urbanest approving your move in and you have to be a student too.

Please note that you will still have to pay another deposit of £480 when signing a new contract of Urbanest.
