Looking for a new flatmate from June 2024 as the current tenant is moving out. It is a two bed room spacious flat in Mile End area close to a park walking distance from Mile End and Limehouse station. Close to local amenities like Coop, post office, gym and sports facilities.
It is a joint tenancy contract. Your share of the rent is £1300 and bills usually come to about £200 per person (mostly less than 200).
The rooms are almost identical in size and your room has an ensuite. There is also a main bathroom with a bathtub if you are a bath person. At the moment it is mostly used by me as my current flatmate is not a bath person. I am okay with sharing.
In terms of furniture you will be provided a bed from the landlord but if you would like to bring your own as I did you are more than welcome.
Would love to live with someone that is a foodie, loves music, does not take life too seriously, openminded and friendly. I do like to socialise but also have days when I just like my alone time. All about balance. I am quite active as we do have a park right in front of the house and a canal right behind. Victoria Park is also walking distance.
I am a young professional creative who loves cooking. Looking for someone with at least few similar interests and tidy.
