A very nice large master bedroom with beautiful views of Canary Wharf from the bedroom, windows. Situated on a top floor flat. This place is suitable for single professionals or a couple. It’s a 2 bedroom “penthouse” flat close to the Whitechapel tube which also has the Elizabeth Line making it easy to get anywhere quite easy.

It’s £1250 for the master bedroom with an en-suite or £1150 for the second bedroom with then comes with the bathroom. It will be mostly unfurnished and without a bed, unless however you wanted to buy the king sized bed frame my current flatmate has here which he is open to sell.
My flatmates are moving out on the 15th of April so it will be available to move in on the 16th.

I am an Australian guy working in Shoreditch as a hairstylist, I go to the gym most evenings so home quite late and I work weekends . I like to be friendly and considerate so ideally looking for someone easy going to get along with and must pay rent on time.

I have been living here for a year and would like to stay and share this cool pad with someone happy to join me on the tenancy agreement for another year, with a 6 month break clause.

Bills are not included, council tax is £81 and electricity is around £70 a month .

This area is quite diverse with a large Muslim and Bangladesh community. It’s pretty safe as it’s mostly a family oriented area. However if you’re queer like me it’s definitely hassle free. . It’s quite cool place if you’re comfortable with cultural diversity and a bustling high street.

I don’t party much or drink at home however your free to do as you please as long as your considered, clean and tidy . I would prefer someone on the more chilled side to live with these day that respects one another and is happy to be here .
