I’m looking for someone to take over the remainder of contract in a lovely 3 bed flatshare. Move in date is flexible, but ideally as soon as possible.
💸Costs:💸
Rent: £800/month
Bills: Around £100-£125 (inc. council tax)
Deposit: £846
Housing benefits accepted. The tenancy technically runs up to next February, but can leave at any point by paying a £50 admin fee. There is a referencing process in place, but its quite straightforward. They mainly ask for proof of income and references.
🏡The Flat:🏡
Spacious, modern and south-facing with a residents courtyard. The room is cosy but fits a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and drawers, with flexibility to rearrange. You’ll share a bathroom with only one other. There’s a washing machine and a communal storage cupboard. The open-plan kitchen/living room is large, includes a dishwasher, and has views of Canary Wharf.

Theo (36, he/him, software engineer) and Vaibhav (34, he/him, business analyst) both queer, friendly, and sociable. Both up for a chat in the kitchen but respectful of personal space.

In Limehouse (E14), 2 min walk to the lovely marina, 5 min walk to the DLR, 20 min walk to Canary Wharf.

Step-free access, two lifts, standard (non-automated) entry doors. Shared bathroom has a bath. Buzzer connects to phones. Not a scent free home.
