Hello! I am subletting my double room with private balcony 5’ away from Bermonsdey station (zone 2 / Jubilee line) and from the Themes from the 21st of July until the beginning of September (flexible).

Please read carefully:
- FEMALE ONLY
- NO couples

The room has plenty of space, a desk, double bed and a TV where you can connect your Netflix, Apple TV etc. You will have access to your private balcony - great for summer season.

In the house there is:
- a high-speed Wi-Fi
- 1 full bathroom + 1 toilette
- kitchen

NEARBY:
- London Bridge: one tube stop away or 25’ walking or plenty of buses
- Southwark Park: 3’ walk
- Canada Water: 15’ walk or one tube stop
- Bermonsdey Street: 20’ walk or 10’ by bus
- Thames: 5’ walk away
- PureGym: 2’ walk

I can be flexible with the dates in September.

Ps; the picture of the sunset view is one of my favourite spots just 5’ walking from the flat :)
