Looking for someone to move in May 15th!!

Due to moving, I have to leave this lovely double-sized room in a five-bedroom flat. The room is bright and spacious, featuring a full wall of west-facing windows that overlook our shared balcony/patio and garden—perfect for bringing in loads of natural light.

The flat has five bedrooms in total, a small shared living room, one full bathroom with a tub, and a second half bathroom. You’ll be living with five other friendly flatmates (not including me), and while it’s not a party flat, we do enjoy having people over from time to time. It’s generally a clean and relaxed home, and we have a professional cleaner who comes once a month to deep clean all the shared areas (included in the rent).

We’ve got the essentials—washing machine, a cozy living space, and a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher, just good old-fashioned hand-washing). We also have a big rooftop patio with turf on part of it and a small garden, which is a great hangout spot when the weather’s nice.

You’ll also be sharing your home with Loki, a sweet black cat who loves chin scratches and hanging out. She sometimes gets visits from two other friendly neighborhood cats, especially when the patio door is open on sunny days.

Smoking is allowed in the flat, so someone who’s okay with that would be a great fit.

There are two microwaves, and three fridges, which is handy with so many people in the flat!

Rent is €950 a month for singles, and €1,100 a month for couples. Bills are included, but you are asked to contribute €2-3 a month for cleaning supplies, and occasionally the electricity needs to be topped off, which could be around €10/month (this has happened twice in the three months I’ve been here).

About the room, the two wardrobes, dresser, desk, chair, bedside table, and bed are included. (The brown wardrobe is wobbly, but hasn’t fallen over yet!)

The monitor is one of the other tenants.

Because I am moving to Portugal I am selling quite a bit of my stuff, so if you are interested in the dehumidifier (cuts the time of drying clothes down by days, literally), drying rack, or bedding please ask me about it!
