Hi I am looking to rent my beautiful, modern and well maintained room situated just 5 minutes walk from Bethnal Green Station.
THE ROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE ON 1ST JULY.
The flat is situated on a quiet cul de sac and is a short walk to places like Victoria Park, Brick Lane, Columbia Road and Shoreditch.
The bedroom is big, bright and airy has been recently refurbished. The room has a bed, mattress, duvet/pillows, double wardrobe, desk, lamp, double sofa, chest. The flat has high speed fibre optic broadband.

The room is only for a single person - no couples.
1 month rent in advance and £800 deposit. MINIMUM TERM IS 6 MONTHS.
I looking for either a professional or an older student. However, I am open to suggestions.
I am looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and not a party animal.
