The room is a beautiful, spacious double bedroom, with access to a shared kitchen, cosy living room, and bathroom. The house also features a large private garden, a convenient utility room and plenty of storage space.

We are located a 2 minute walk to Victoria Park, and within a 10–15 minute walk to Mile End and Bethnal Green tubes (District, Central, and Hammersmith & City lines). Situated just off Roman Road, which has lots of independent shops, cafés, and pubs.

Rent is £840 and bills come to around £95. Move in from 1/4/26. Will be taking over a year long contract which ends 17/8/26 and possibility to renew.
