We are looking for a new flatmate to live in a bright and cozy double bedroom on the raised ground floor of a red brick building in Angel.

THE ROOM
Very bright room that comes with a spacious double wardrobe (one with shelves), bedside table, black-out curtains, comfortable orthopaedic double bed with drawers for extra storage, hardwood flooring, and double glazing window.

THE FLAT
The flat itself has a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster etc

There is a large living room to relax with a corner sofa, flat screen TV, Virgin Media TV package & high-speed WiFi.

The flat also has a cute patio space at the back with a decking table & chairs, a great place to have a pint or barbecue in the summer.

The bathroom is very modern with an amazing corner bath, separate shower, toilet and sink. This room is hooked up to a stereo/CD player, so you can listen to your favourite tunes while in the shower!

THE FLATMATES
The flatmates are both in their early thirties and are very nice and considerate. They respect each other's privacy but also socialise and expect the same from new flatmates :)

LOCATION
The flat is perfectly located for just about everything you need! Angel tube station is an 8-minute walk from the flat and Kings Cross is within walking distance too (around 12 minutes). Four popular supermarkets including Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Iceland and M&S are less than 5 minutes walk from the flat. Chapel Market is in the same area.

Angel shopping complex is less than 5 minutes walk (includes Vue Cinema) as is the popular Upper Street which has an array of trendy shops/bars/restaurants. Gym, post office, pharmacy, nightlife all within walking distance.

Barnard Park and Regent's Canal are just around the corner to go for a jog or a run.

Rent is £1070 per month inclusive of ALL bills (council tax, internet, utilities etc). Available from 01.03.2025. Contracts will be set up for 12 months. The room is for single occupancy only.
