Double room available for temporary 2 month sublet in Dalston. The house is right by Kingsland High street and a 5 min walk from Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction overground stations, with plenty of parks and pubs nearby.

The flat is available from 1st of June until the 1st of August. I'd prefer someone who can stay the whole time, but am also flexible.

The rent is including bills and will be £920pcm or £1150pcm for a couple.

The room is on the top floor and gets lots of sunlight, and comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. There is a large kitchen and living room with a balcony attached. You will be staying with 2 male professionals in their mid-twenties.
