We have a bright double room with plenty of built in storage and a private bathroom in the heart of tufnell park, overlooking the tufnell park playing fields. We are a friendly, creative house share, 5 minutes from tufnell park tube station and 15 minutes to central london. The house is spread over three floors, with a big kitchen, large bright and airy living room, three toilets, two bathrooms and a large attic for storage. One of the two bathrooms would be your private bathroom. You'll be living with four house mates (24-26). Two female and one male working in the arts, music management, education and design. We enjoy hanging out together, doing the occassional pub quiz or grabbing a drink after work. We're pretty social but keep things clean, tidy and relaxed ~ we are not a party house (havent had a party yet, but potentially in the future). The house is on a quiet residential street with ample parking, however, a permit is needed. Your room has a large sliding window, wooden floors, innate moulding, a small built in desk and plenty of built in storage. The room can come furnished or unfurnished, its completely up to you. The back of the house overlooks a park with tennis courts. Its a two minute walk to the nearest shop and there are lovely pubs nearby. We are looking for someone friendly and respectful to join the house. We look forward to hearing from you!
