Hi there,

We are looking for a flatmate to join us for a couple of months, 25th May -> 25th July, in our Victorian townhouse between the Holloway Road and Finsbury Park. If you want to move in sooner, we can most likely accommodate that too!

We have a large, south west facing double room with two large sash windows going spare (approx 3.9m x 4.6m). The house has 4 bedrooms set over 3 floors. There are 3 bathrooms (one very large with a freestanding bathtub), a kitchen, a living room and a front and back garden/patio area.

We are 3 working professionals, 2 in hospitality and 1 in corporate, looking for a relaxed and tidy flatmate to join us. Our schedules are quite different so the house is often quite quiet. We dont have a preference over gender / partners / profession, as long as you are happy with the above and willing to cover the entire period!

Bills will be roughly an additional £160 all in.

Some furniture in the room will need to stay (the bed, cupboards, pink chair and chest of drawers), and if you want you can also keep the the other furniture items.
