Fantastic room avaliable on the top floor! Great location as caledonian road is full of local stores and restaurants, angel shopping centre is a twenty minute walk or five minute bus ride away. We are right next to the overground, mildmay line and a ten minute walk from the piccadilly line!!

We like to keep the house clean and tidy, and would like for the new housemate to do the same. The living room has a cosy vibe for film nights and general catch ups. The kitchen is fully stocked with two fridge/freezers shared with only one other person. There's a shared bathroom on the top floor, where you'll share with two other girls (one of the bedrooms has an ensuit).

We're not really a party house, but love a catch up over a drink in the evenings sometimes.

You'll be sharing with three girls ages 23 to 31, all working in customer service so we're rarely in the house at the same time. We are all respectful of each other's privacy and very considerate of others in the house when it comes to music and guests etc.

Move in date is preferably the 2/03/2025 however if you choose to move in on this date, a portion of the monthly rent would be paid to the previous tenant. This is only because rent is due on the 10th. It would be around £168 for the first week and then the monthly rent of £590 from the 10th to the landlord.

The deposit is £727. Our landlord is very relaxed but attentive. Bills are not included, however we rent out the parking space to cover at least one of the larger bills. The water bill comes out to around £100 each every few months, while the monthly BT bill is around £9.50 each a month.
