Hello! We are looking for a 3rd housemate to join us in our lovely 3 bedroom, top floor apartment just a stones throw away from arsenal stadium.

The room comes furnished with a double bed and desk. The flat has 2 floors, the downstairs area includes our bedrooms and bathroom. The upstairs is our kitchen and living room, there is also a balcony that gets lots of sun . It's a lovely, well-lit, spacious and cosy flat. We love our place and we like to keep it clean and tidy.

The flat would be well suited to someone who is social, but also has their own social circle and interests. We get on really well as a flat and want to find someone who fits the vibe nicely. We are very kind and friendly guys, and being clean, left wing, and respectful is important to us.

About us:
Milo is 26, works as a documentary filmmaker and travels around the globe every couple of weeks. When not working, he hits the gym at the Sobell Leisure Centre next door and enjoys cooking at home.

Miles is 31, and works in publishing. He likes art, cooking, and politics. Listens to Chapo and likes trying news things. Also goes to the gym, but is feeble compared to Milo.

Rent for each of the room is £690, deposit is £690 - bills are roughly £150 a month (including tax, wifi, water, and electricity).

Finsbury Park Tube (10 minute walk from the flat) - Victoria and Piccadilly line
Buses - from Berriman Road or Seven Sisters, quick and easy to get into Central, Camden, Hackney.
