hey! i’m reaching out because i’m looking for someone to move into my flat before the beginning of february (the sooner the better) and wanted to check if you might know anyone who’s looking.

it’s a two bed one bath right in the heart of coal drops yard, about 10 minutes from king’s cross station. the flat is modern, furnished, and on the 10th floor of a high rise. the area is really nice with granary square, cafés, and loads to do nearby. it’s well connected with great transport links, and there’s a sainsbury’s local about 7 minutes away and a waitrose about 5 minutes away for easy food shops. it’s also super convenient for anyone studying at csm or ucl since both are really close.
