This is a massive two-floor, four-bedroom apartment, shared with only one roommate (myself). The lower floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom—one of these rooms is mine. There's a lot of space in between our rooms; it sometimes feels like my roommate and I are renting different apartments. If privacy is a priority for you, this is a great setup.

On the top floor, there's your large bedroom (fully furnished), a living room, a large kitchen (with essentials like a washing machine, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer), two toilets, and an extra room. There are three bathrooms in total in the apartment: one on the bottom floor that I use, a guest bathroom on the upper floor and then your private one in your room. Mine sadly is the only one with a bathtub; the other two have showers. Your bedroom is fully furnished with a wardrobe, cupboards, shelves and a large king's bed.

Currently, the other two rooms are vacant and will remain so. Meaning we can use them as an office room, guest room, storage space, etc.

We have a patio/garden, and your bedroom has direct access to it.

This area is very nice, and it's only a 5-10 minute walk to Finsbury Park Station or Arsenal Station. So it takes about 30 minutes to get to Central. We live on a quiet road, and nearby there are some nice restaurants, pubs, cafes and bookshops. We are a 5-10 minute walk to Clissold Park, and we're close to the West Reservoir Centre if you like to swim, and the Castle Climbing Centre if you like bouldering.

Rent is £1000 a month, bills are not included, which, including council tax (band E), comes to around £170. This includes Wi-fi also, which is very fast.

I work from home on Fridays, but the rest of the time I'm at the office.

I'm a 28-year-old creative, working in the TV industry. My roommate, who has been living here for eight years, is moving out as she is buying her own property. Would love to live with someone with whom I get along, but also is chill with doing our own thing. Ideally, I'd love a clean, tidy home and create a homey vibe.
