I am looking for a new tenant for an official tenancy takeover of my room in a student accommodation on Holloway Road (Available from now until 29 Aug).

[Important Note on Rent Payment]
While this is an official takeover, the accommodation management requires the rent to be paid in one lump sum for the remaining period.
To make it easier for you and avoid a heavy upfront cost, I can pay the full amount to the accommodation management on your behalf first.
You can then simply pay me back in flexible instalments (e. g., 2~3weekly or monthly).
