Hi - our huge loft room is available to rent in a terraced 4-bed house with garden on a very quiet road that is literally 6 minutes walk from Finsbury Park tube station (Wells Terrace entrance) so super easy for central London. M&S opposite the tube and lots of coffee shops and restaurants on Stroud Green Road and surrounds.
The room is a huge double in a new loft conversion with a kingsize bed, arm chair, clothes rail and drawers, coffee machine, microwave, desk and chair for one person. No couples please. Ideal for a hybrid worker or part time student.
There is an ensuite for your exclusive use with rainshower, bath and underfloor heating.
My boyfriend and I live in the house and have no pets.
All bills included. There is really good virgin broadband and sheets and towels are provided and the room is cleaned regularly.
We are looking for someone who just needs a room either two to three nights/week or a maximum of c. 10 nights a month. We are flexible on which nights and don't mind if they change by week. Just not Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights and only a max of three nights per week.
The room is huge with an armchair and space to relax. Great if you're friendly when we bump into each other but we aren't looking for a flatmate, so just as long as you're tidy and respectful you can come and go as if it is your own studio flat!
Our previous lodger was a hybrid worker coming into London for a few days a week. Unfortunately for us, she is retiring and doesn't need the room anymore.
£850pcm, loosely based on £85 per night c. 2-3 nights per week/ around 9-10 nights per month but we are flexible about number of days, which specific days and changing schedules per week. We usually just set up a whatsapp group to keep updated on any changes.
On the admin side, I'd just ask for the usual standard things so reference, ID/ passport (right to rent if relevant) and deposit and we'd sign a lodger agreement (I use the one from Spareroom).
