The flat is very well located: 10 min walk to Angel. The area is very calm and safe.
The flat has on its first floor a cosy living room with a dining space connected to the kitchen. Toilet is separated from the bathroom and is located also on the first floor. The second floor has a bathroom and 3 rooms. The flat is well ventilated throughout the year.
The rent is £575 (bills are not included, comes around £105 per person approximately per month depending on usage). The deposit is £575.
The rent includes internet and cleaning service for common areas is twice a month.
The room is available from the 1st of March 2026.
