I’m advertising a large bedroom with a double bed, in a flat shared with only 2 other people in the IQ Arcade private student accommodation building on Holloway Road.
The flat has two large bathrooms, one of which is a shower room, and a spacious kitchen.
One girl and one boy currently live in the other two rooms in the flat, both are lovely flatmates.
The accommodation has a laundry room downstairs.
Directly opposite you can find several shops - Lidl, Iceland and Morrisons are 2 minutes away, as well as charity shops and other supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Aldi) slightly further down the road.
The 253, 29 and 91 bus stops (all of which go to Euston Station) are a 5 minute walk away. The accommodation is very conveniently placed.
The rent includes all bills, including water, heating, wifi, etc. - the bedroom has a sink inside as well.
I’m looking to move out in July so that I can book a house for next year - I would be looking for someone to pay to live here during the summer from July-September 5th.
