Area: Finsbury Park, 10 mins from the station and Holloway Road
Move in: One room - Mid June (but flexible). Second room - Start July (but flexible)
Rent: £1140/month, bills are around £150/£170 on top.
Located on Seven Sisters Road, this gorge flat is a new build!! It’s super spacious and open with a big private garden for summer🌞
I live in the third bedroom and have done for nearly two years. I am a freelance writer/director and also work part time in a Crouch End (only up the road and a gorgeous spot for cafe/bars and restaurants)!
I love chilling in the flat but also going to local pubs. I also love Pilates, the theatre, film, festivals, and flat dinners:) Would be looking for like minded people who are also clean and easy going!
