A double room in a 2bed flat with lots of natural light, a desk and 2 wardrobes. (Possibility Full Flat for yourself from friday 6 pm to monday morning EVERY WEEKENDS) £1300/month, all bills included. Available from 22nd of December. (short term to up to 12 months for the right person)

There will be ONLY you and me in the flat.

There’s a washing machine and dryer. Also a fully furnished Kitchen and a bathroom with a bath.
I’m clean and quiet, but also sociable. I’m looking for someone CLEAN too, someone who tidies up after themselves.

I love watching movies and playing video games.

The flat is a 10-minute walk from Caledonian Road Station, which is about 10–15 minutes to Leicester Square/Covent Garden by tube (Piccadilly Line), and just one stop from King’s Cross, where most lines are available.

You can also take a bus about 10 minutes to Camden Town or 35 minutes to Leicester Square. Very practical location!

The area is safe.
I work in the film and music industries and also run a tech business.
