Hi Folks. This is a female household with preference to female flatmates. We are a small 2 member female family wt a social female cat . We are discreet and easy going, minding our own business. I (professional mum - solicitor) work from home but very often I travel to Greece (almost every 1.5 month, so away for many days and in summer for many weeks).Mary, 18, is last year in A Levels so she is away in college studying in the library there. During half terms Christmas Easter and summer ( from June until Sept) we are mostly away.
This is the biggest room of the property, y will have also your working desk in the room if y work from home. Exclusive bathroom use can work but for a higher budget like 1200 incl expenses per month to make sense for us too. The rent does not include bills; y must estimate an amount of appx £150 per month which includes, water, gas, electricity, heating and council tax to be your share. Kitchen is separate to living room and quite spacious to accommodate lunch, dinner etc available to common use. It also leads to a handy patio which we are turning it into a green place, very handy during summer. Location is super if y like activities and y are an active person. Exactly opposite we have Sobell Leisure Centre 2' walk door to door offering a massive gym, yoga, pilates, spinning, tai chi, squash, badminton, weights, boxing , y name it, while 5' cycling we have a same chain leisure centre wt swimming pool( others pay a 40% rent uplift for such an amenity next door!). Nearby we also have swimming pool and tennis courts. We also have just 14' cycling , West reservoir lake for open swimming. In the flat we have a bathroom wt shower, a separate WC and extra shower room. Flat has 3 bedrooms, out of which, yrs is the biggest. Located in vibrant Islington close to Finsbury park with amazing transport links with the picadilly line (stations: Holloway Road, Arsenal and Finsbury Park) and Victoria line at Finsbury Park alongside national rail from Finsbury Park station. There are also multiple buses around the area and Holloway Road. Ah and i forgot! The property is just 2 stops away from King's Cross station
