Hey, I'm looking for someone to join my lovely flat in Holloway!

About me/the vibe of the flat:
I'm 29, grew up just outside of London and work in the civil service. Before moving here, I lived in a mixed flatshare in Highgate for a few years with two mates from uni. I'm laid back and enjoy going to gigs, travelling, heading out of London for hikes, pub trips, watching footie (Liverpool fan) and cheffing up on the weekend.

My previous flatshares have been chilled and respectful where everyone makes an effort to maintain a clean and tidy space and I'd like to foster that same atmosphere here.

About the room and flat:
You'd be renting a room in my two bed flat. The room itself is bright (lots of morning and afternoon sun) and super spacious. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobes, chest of drawers and desk.

The flat has a bright open plan living room/kitchen with a balcony overlooking the communal garden. The kitchen has plenty of storage, a dishwasher, dining table and a large sofa.

The rent is £1050 a month including all bills (incl 250mb WiFi) with one month's deposit.

The location:
The flat located less than 5 mins from Holloway Road tube (Picadilly) and about 10-12 mins from Highbury and Islington (Victoria and overground). You've also got access to Drayton Park for national rail services down to Moorgate and a tonne of buses. We're also a stone's throw away from the Emirates and on some days you can hear the Arsenal fans sing North London Forever from the balcony (could be a pro or a con depending on your allegiance).

Being just off Holloway Road you're close to loads of great pubs and restaurants around Islington and 20-30 mins walk from areas like Stoke Newington, Essex Rd, Canonbury and Angel. You also have access to green spaces with Highbury Fields around 10 mins away, Cally Park 15 mins away and Paradise Park 5 mins away.
