Hello all,

Welcome to my home that I share with my very cool 14 year old son and my long term flat mate. It's a lovely converted Victorian townhouse set over 2 floors. We live on a beautiful tree lined street in the desirable Canonbury neighbourhood.

The room is a med size double room recently decorated in a modern style. Has a double bed. The room has a nice size wardrobe, chest of drawers strong Wi-Fi throughout the house and in the room. The room has a beautiful view of the lush Green garden.

The kitchen is a big space and has been recently renovated. It's the heart of the home. It has all the facilities, incl dishwasher, microwave, oven and a hob, air fryer, American double fridge freezer, dining table and chairs and a sofa. And the added bonus of a projector to watch movies on. We tend to hang out in the kitchen it’s a nice social space to chill and chat.

There is a lush, green garden also for your use that has a sofa seating area, a bbq, and a hot tub. And benefits from being south facing.

We also have 2 toilets and a clean, nice sized bathroom with an electric shower over the bath and glass shower screens.
A Seperate utility with washing machine and dryer.

About me and the gang.. I am a working, professional mum. Super, easygoing. I like to have a chilled environment and live with chilled people. I respect others' privacy and require the same in return, I do love a good conversation, too. I like to socialise mainly outside of the house with friends and occasionally have a few close friends round for dinner or a cuppa.

My son is a well mannered, intelligent and mature boy who is mostly in his room either playing guitar or making music on his computer. He is also super chilled and likes a good conversation about worldly matters. He’s an old soul.

My flat mate she is an absolute dream, she’s kind, funny. She's a working professional.

The house is a peaceful and warm sanctuary where many say feels like home.

We have a French bulldog called boss. He's 9 yrs old. and he is well-behaved placid and super loving and very quiet.

Location: We are right by 2 train stations, Canonbury (1mim walk) and Highbury, and Islington (5 min walk).
We have all the amenities close by also shops on the doorstep and restaurant and a pub, post office. We are very close to Angel, the city, and the west end. All reachable in less than 20 mins. We also have a bus stop right outside.
You can get anywhere in London in mins..

My ideal lodger would be someone who pays rent on time. very independent, someone who knows about personal space and who doesn’t take over the vibe of the whole house. A chilled working person or student who doesn't WFH , who likes a calm and warm home, which is homely and clean and cared for. It’s not a student house it’s my home which I take pride in.
someone who is a good housemate and will do their bit to help keep the house clean. (I've had some really lazy flatmates). common courtesy and initiative form all makes a harmonious environment for all.
