I live in two floors of a lovely Georgian terraced house, Islington/Stroud Green borders, 3 minutes to about 30 cafes and bars including Jolene's and Tollingtons :-) and 7 minutes walk to Finsbury Park overground (to St Pancras, Farringdon, the City, London Bridge) and tube (Piccadilly and Victoria lines) - also near Crouch Hill overground (6 min to to Hackney or Hampstead,)

Guest room is on the ground floor, south-facing. bright and sunny. It's fully furnished with desk, sofa and single bed . Brand-new bathroom with bath and shower for your sole use next door to the bedroom. Big shared living room and kitchen, conservatory and 80ft garden., with blossoming trees and not much traffic noise, you can hear the birds. !

I make documentaries and and lecture part time at a Uni. I work a lot from home so important for me to have quiet space especially weekday daytimes.

Would suit another chilled person, any age. (my last flatmate was 30) .
