I'm looking for a flatmate for this four person house in Angel. I am sadly moving out of this lovely house after one and a half years here, and am looking for someone to take my room to join the existing tenancy agreement. The earliest move in date is 07/12/25.

THE ROOM
The room is a cosy double bedroom on the first floor, in a beautiful, spacious Georgian townhouse with a large private garden. It is walking distance (5 mins) to Angel tube station. It comes furnished with a double bed/mattress, a chest of drawers, desk and desk chair, book shelves, mirror, and armchair.

The landlord is open to changing the furniture including the bed.

RENT
£860/month; additional bills come in the region of £120/month, covering wifi, gas, electricity, council tax (band G), weekly cleaner, etc. For the start of the contract, our agency requires one month in rent and a £1,000 deposit.

THE HOUSE
The house is a three-story, classic Georgian terraced home, with an open living room and kitchen, utility room, and toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and bathroom. On the second floor, there are another two rooms. We also have a private backyard garden that gets sun from early morning until late afternoon!

LOCATION
We live in the heart of Angel and about a five-minute walk from Angel Tube station, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and square gardens. It is approx. 15 mins walk to Highbury and Islington station and Highbury fields (park and leisure centre), also located close to Regent's canal which connects Shoreditch, Angel, and Camden, making it great for walks or cycling on sunny days.

ABOUT US
The housemates consist of two guys and a girl, ages from late twenties to early thirties. All in professional working jobs, generally working in the office with occasional days at home. We are looking for someone who is sociable but also likes their own space and sees the house as a home. We enjoy having friends over for dinner, drinks, or a barbecue in the garden when the weather is good.
