Sadly one of our flatmates is moving back home so we are in search of a new lovely person to take his room.

The flat is in an amazing location only a minute from Dalston Junction & Kingsland Overgrounds and only 10 minutes from Hackney or Highbury & Islington. Everything you want or need is nearby with all kinds of shops, gyms, pubs and restaurants all within minutes walking.

Every bill is included in the rent making the room probably around £630 p/m which in Zone 2 London is unheard of!

The room is a very good sized single with a well utilised space. It's fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table and a built in wardrobe with drawers.

The rest of the flat has one full bathroom, one toilet, a very well equipped kitchen and a small balcony. Everything is well kept, clean, tidy and clutter free :)

You'll be sharing with four others, three professionals and one masters student. We all get along really well and are sociable when together but also respectful of space and each others schedules. We're looking for someone likeminded who enjoys a quiet and easy home life.
