Hi! Gorgeous, large and bright room with high ceilings available in 2 bed flat on Hornsey Road. Easy going and cosy, super close to Finsbury Park and Archway, unfurnished so plenty of space to make it your own!

£975 plus bills (usually comes to £250/ £125 each a month or thereabouts, pretty standard for the area), you'd be joining me on a rolling monthly tenancy agreement.

I'm a tenant at the property, currently living there alone. I run a cafe in the city, so I'm at work Monday-Friday. Evenings I tend to be around unless I'm out climbing or kayaking, or having dinner out with friends :) would love to have someone who is friendly, has their own independence but who I can share a beer with and watch sone bad TV of an evening.
