Location: Right by Holloway Road tube (Piccadilly line). About a 15-20min walk to Finsbury or Islington station (Victoria Line) and Arsenal (Piccadilly line). Also nearby Emirates stadium, Highbury fields and Islington high street.

Rent: £1250 pcm, bills not included .Deposit £1250. Council tax bang G, split between the 4 of us.

About us: We are 3, 25-26 year old professional working in London, looking for a working professional / mature student to live with. For now we are looking to continue renting the house for another year, but will reconsider closer to the end of the period.
