We are looking for a friendly and considerate housemates to move into our lovely 4 bed house with a garden, on a quiet leafy street opposite Clissold Park. You would be living with:
- Rachel (she/her), 37, I’m a pretty active person but chill and social housemate, occasionally working from home (civil engineer).
- Ella (she/her) 30, I enjoy creative projects (currently a lot of sewing), cooking and sharing dinners, I work at a migrant rights charity and am involved in union organising.
- Amy (she/her) 29, I’m a singer songwriter & piano teacher. I love photography, art, reading, being in nature. I’m often working from home.

We are a social house and have our own bits going on, but enjoy hanging out, sharing dinners and going to the pub. It’s a great house for hosting and we like meeting each others people and having the occasional party. We like to keep the house clean and calm.

Room: (£884pcm) very large room on the ground floor with excellent natural light and a view of the park. The room comes unfurnished.
Bills: approx £100pcm

Location:
We are located in N16, right next to Clissold Park. The nearest tube stations are Finsbury Park, Manor House and the nearest overground Stoke Newington. There are buses and bike routes everywhere!

House:
The house has four double bedrooms across a ground floor and basement floor, 2 toilets and a bathroom with a tub and shower. We have a big kitchen and separate living room and a private garden with a BBQ! The house is unfortunately not very accessible - stairs up to front and down to back doors and stairs down to garden. Please let us know if you need more details about this.
