I'm Laurie I study at Central Saint Martins and I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in a beautiful, welcoming home in Islington / Finsbury Park.

The house belongs to a wonderfully warm couple. He works in the music industry, she has a background in fashion. They're relaxed, sociable hosts who make the house feel like a real home. You'd be their lodger for the summer.

My room is on the second floor: bright and airy, with a double bed, a desk, a small bookshelf, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Everything you need is already there.

Shared spaces : — Two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath) — Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, tumble dryer, everything you need) — Sitting room, TV & dining room — Gorgeous conservatory with glass ceiling. Sunny, flower-filled garden

The house has a lovely, calm atmosphere. You'd also share it with Maybelline, the resident cat cute and very unobtrusive

I'm ideally looking for a woman who is tidy, and would appreciate living in a peaceful and beautifully kept home.
