The flat is located in Newington green and you’ll be living with four other lovely flatmates! We are a friendly and easy-going household with a mixture of students and graduates working in London.

We have a large shared living room and a balcony that is lovely in the summer. The room includes a nice desk and chair, wardrobe and double bed. Feel free to use the vinyl turntable but happy to remove these if you prefer :)

I’m looking for someone to sublet in my room from July 1st to around the 7th of September, I am bit more flexible on the end date as opposed to the start date but there is a little wiggle room.

£840 without bills per month
Bills usually add up to around £100 a month.
