Hey,
My name is Conny. I moved into the flat for a semester abroad in London and am now looking for someone to replace me. The room is fully furnished and has windows toward the small garden. There is a cleaning service included in the bills. We have a washing machine in the kitchen that can also be used as a dryer.
The room is available from 01/03/2026 until 30/09/2026. If you wish to extend beyond that point, you can make a request with the agency at least one month before the end date, at which time an extension and any revised terms can be discussed and agreed.
You will live here with 2 other roommates, Ana and Giuseppe. They both work in hospitality and are very nice. From time to time we go out for drinks or something else together :)
The location is really good. There is a bus stop right in front of the house and a tube station within 15 min walk (Finsbury park).
