Hi! Looking for a new flatmate to share the ultimate canal-side space, with own ensuite and uninterrupted views straight out onto the water.

Note this is for approx 6 months, as the landlord is moving back. This may suit someone new to London or in between places, since there's wiggle room with the end date.

The flat:

Lovely 2 bed 2 bathroom third floor apartment in a modern, secure complex with elevator.

Semi-open plan with modern kitchen, dishwasher, milk frother and big balcony bang on the canal. Perfect for spying table space at Towpath Cafe or spotting ducks.

The large bedroom is very quiet, directly overlooking the canal and comes with its own ensuite. Furnished and option to purchase some house bits from my outgoing housemate as well, as she’s (unfortunately!) heading off overseas.

The building is secure with fob-entry, there's a communal courtyard and on-street permit parking if needed.

The area:

Everything is walkable. Angel, the canal, Broadway Market, London Fields, Victoria Park, Stoke Newington, Shoreditch - all on our doorstep.

Transport-wise, 7 min walk to Haggerston station, 20 mins to Angel/Old Street and plenty of buses down to Liverpool Street/London Bridge etc.

About me:

You'd just be sharing with me, Angela. I’m a television producer originally from Australia, usually traveling or attempting plant ownership. Currently half in the office, half working from home - there’s plenty of space for the latter!
