Looking for somebody to move into my former flatmates in Angel.

It’s just myself in the flat, so the flat is quiet most of the time. I am a software engineer so I work remotely but I go to the office every couple of weeks. I’m incredibly easy going, always up to go to the pub or have a quiet night in.

There’s a lot to do in the area, pubs and restaurants outside the door, the gyms are 5-10 minute walk.

Flat has a lovely living room and kitchen. There’s also a communal terrace in the building perfect on nice days.

The room is decently sized with a double bed and wardrobe, desk and shelves. Definitely has space for a big desk.

Location is very central, about a 1 min walk to Essex Road station, 10 min to Highbury and Islington and Angel. Also a bus stop just outside the door.
