heya!! I'm looking for two people in their early 20s/or students to rent these 2 lovely rooms from July 5th. I will renew the flat for the next year in early may as I really love the location and flat, and hope to find someone who wanna join. It's located in Clerkenwell/Angel, so the location is absolutely fantastic!
We are two international students (f,23 and m,19) in the flat studying musical theatre! we're looking for someone of similar interests, that wants to be part of a social flat, but also respects time off, I am into cooking, painting and travelling. he also loves cooking and we would loove to do dinner parties and card game nights, or movie nights. Unfortunately we don't have a living room or lounge, but our kitchen is super lovely.
the rooms are 860pcm, and 880 ish pcm, the bills are 50pcm excluding council tax (coucil tax band c).
