Hi! I am subletting my room in a cosy house in central London - Zone 1 from the 10th of July to the 31st of August ✨ The location is great and the area is super quiet.

📍 Location: Postcode WC1X 0DX (waking: 15 minutes from Kings Cross, 13 minutes from Farringdon and 20 minutos from Angel, really well connected). Also super close to Russell Square and Exmouth Market.
🪄 Details: The house is shared with 3 other flatmates. It has a full bathroom (toilet and shower) + one extra toilet, and a very well equiped kitchen (including a coffee machine that works with pods and a dishwasher), with no more social areas. The pictures show it with all my stuff on top of the table and more, just to show it has more than enough space.
💸 Price: £1190 per month (including bills) ABSOLUTELY NEGOCIABLE.
