No communal lounge area. Separate toilet bathroom / shower areas. Kitchen fully equipped with washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave oven, cooker and oven, fridge / freezer.

To secure this room you will need to pay a holding deposit of £200. Total deposit is £900. The balance of the deposit £900 is payable on the day you move in before you move in.
