One double room available in a flat on New North Road (N1) from 1st September. £700 + bills (roughly £109 a month). The deposit is £700. It will be a one-year lease.

5-10 min walk to Old Street station and 15 minutes to Hoxton overground. We're council tax band B.

Minutes away from Shoreditch park and Regent's Canal. It's also a 20-25 minute walk from Liverpool street and Angel. Permits are available for a parking spot. The flat is on the 3th floor and there is an elevator and an intercom system.

You’ll be living with two males in their late 20s / early 30s. I’m (Busayo) an Analyst, and Iqbal is a Doctor. Someone around our age would be ideal.

Looking for someone who is freakishly clean (and I can't stress this enough), not crazy, and respectful. No couples, pets or smokers, I'm afraid. We don’t have a living room.
