I’m looking for a friendly and easy-going person to share my spacious penthouse apartment in the heart of Shoreditch.

The room is a large double with its own private bathroom and doors opening directly onto a large south-facing balcony. The apartment has loads of natural light, high ceilings and fantastic views across Shoreditch, including the church and the City skyline.

The building is a well-maintained, secure gated development, tucked away from the buzz of Shoreditch while being right in the middle of the action. Brick Lane, Columbia Road, Spitalfields and all the Shoreditch are all on the doorstep. Old Street, and Shoreditch High Street stations are also less than 10mins walk away.

A bit about me: I’m a filmmaker, an educator and a boxing coach so I am out a lot but also occasionally work from home. I'm separated with a teenage son and lived in Brazil for many years, so I speak Portuguese and can get by in Spanish. I’m sociable but also appreciate having my own space, and I’m looking for someone similarly relaxed and considerate who will also look after our home. The flat is around 1,400 sq ft, so there’s plenty of space to have your own privacy as well as somewhere to hang out and entertain.

Bills and a cleaner are included. The apartment has super-fast internet, and the room and communal areas have recently been decorated, furnished and fitted out, so everything is fresh and in very good condition.
