The flat would suit a friendly, tidy and respectful young professional or mature visiting student looking for a 4-6 month lease.

This flat is recently painted and in a 1930's flat with a shared fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate W. C.. It is not super modern but everything works well. I am a very responsive landlord if anything does go wrong.

There is no shared living room but the kitchen is big enough to share a meal.

This is my brother and my flat and we mange the letting of it so there are no agency fees to pay.
