Hi, I’m Leo, 26, I live in a 3-bed flat just a 1-minute walk from Southwark station, and I’m looking for two new flatmates as my current housemates are moving out over the summer. I’ve lived in London for nearly seven years now, and this is by far the best flat I’ve had, which is why I’d really like to keep it going.

The flat is a high-spec home with 24/7 concierge, A/C, excellent insulation, good furniture, underfloor heating, bike storage, and great views. It’s in a fantastic central location on the South Bank, within walking distance to the Thames, Borough Market as well as other attractions and is very well connected. The two rooms would share a large bathroom, and the rents are £1,450 and £1,250 per month, excluding bills.

I’d describe the household as easy-going and no-party, while still being sociable in a natural way. I’m usually in the office five days a week and often travel on weekends, so I’m not around constantly, but I do enjoy the occasional chat or drink at home. I’ve got an established friend group and a pretty full private life, so it’s a calm and respectful place to live rather than a very intense house-share.
