The house has a loft-style vibe, open-plan kitchen/lounge area, modern bathrooms, and a spacious garden which is a bonus during the warmer months.

The room is furnished with a double ottoman bed, desk and large mirror, and the house is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, etc).

You’d be sharing with five lovely housemates who enjoy socialising with each other, but also value their downtime and coming home to a peaceful space.

The location is perfect - Hoxton Station (Overground) is a 5-minute walk away and Kingsland Road has great bus routes to London Bridge and Waterloo.

I am moving out to live with a friend who’s recently moved to the city, but living here has been a fab start to my London journey!
