Hi, I am looking for a flat mate to join me in my amazing flat! My flat mate is moving out to go back to Shanghai so I am looking for a new long term flatmate preferably.
Located 6 min walk to Old street station, 10 min walk into Shoreditch or Hoxton, its honestly such a fantastic location for anyone who needs to be in central London and so many fun things to do like Columbia Road Flower Market 15 minutes away!
The space itself is a 2bed flat with an open plan living and dining area. We have a large sofa and lots of storage.
There is a dishwasher and all of the appliances already existing in the flat.
One shared bathroom

The bedroom has a large double bed, one wardrobe and a few chest of drawers along with a balcony!

Rent is £1400 PCM not including bills

I am a working professional looking for a flatmate who's working preferably.
I am 23 years old, im very active, usually find me on a run or in the gym or playing netball. I like nights in or nights out or just having friends round to chill or cook together. There is so many good pubs and cafes around this area so id be interested in having a flat mate who would like to explore these too.
