Hi! I’m moving out to go travel and looking for another female to sublet my room until our lease runs out.

Move in May 15/16 (earlier possible too) must vacate by 14 June. £1500 including bills for 4 weeks. Will need months upfront rent before moving in.

1 double bed en-suite spacious room with shared living space. All fixed furniture comes with room (wardrobe, wooden shelves, bedside table). Under bed storage. Kitchen can be used, all amenities within.

Room will be empty when you move in.

Housemate is also another female who in Finance and moving out 14 June. We’ve lived together for 5 years and she’s great! Definitely will get along and respect each others space.
